The Challenge

Prior to engaging BMIT, MPS internalised all its IT functions, with aging equipment, from server room and software back-up servers to unsupported hardware. This left the agency more open to increased risk of cyber-attacks while reducing productivity. It also meant that the ability to work on cloud, and remotely, was limited and exposed the agency to third party dependency. While the industry is not a regulated one, MPS also needed an IT partner which is security-driven to protect client’s intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyright.
